How is my frame shipped to me, and how long will it take?
Frames are shipped FedEx ground and usually arrive within 5-7 business days.

What happens if the glass is broken on my frame when it arrives?
If your glass is broken please contact us immediately to receive a replacement piece of glass and in some cases a new piece of matting.
